Getting the best results
- Keep the phone plugged in, within a few metres of where your dog usually barks.
- Leave Woof Watch open on the listening screen. The screen stays on while it listens.
- Turn the volume up and tap Play a test before you leave.
- If it reacts to other sounds, lower the sensitivity in Settings. If it misses quiet barks, raise it.
Speakers
Play through a HomePod or HomePod mini with AirPlay, or an Amazon Echo or Google Nest speaker connected over Bluetooth. Pick the speaker on the home screen under Plays on.
Microphone access
Woof Watch needs the microphone to record your phrases and hear barking. If you said no earlier, open the Settings app, find Woof Watch and turn on Microphone.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel Woof Watch Pro in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings in Woof Watch and tap Restore purchases.
For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple handles all payments.
